Fabrication

  1. Liquid pre-polymer with desired sensing moiety is poured into a Teflon substrate
  2. Prepolymer is exposed through a mask on top of a glass slide
  3. Slide is rinsed to remove unpolymerized monomer to yield the cured shape-encoded sensors
