Chris Taylor is a Graduate Student in the Department of Chemical
Engineering at the University of Texas
at Austin. Chris earned his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering
with minor in Physics from West Virginia University, May 2002 and began
graduate work at UT in the Fall of 2002.
Research Interests: Research
interests include materials aspects of immersion lithography including
transport of components out of photoresists during immersion and
high index fluids and resists for second generation hyper NA immersion
lithography. They also include the development of novel imprintable
materials for electronic and photonic devices.
