Imprint Template Process |
Introduction |
| Several of the
imprint related projects within the group require use of imprint
templates with specific features. The purpose of this project is to
develop a complete process flow for creating imprint template on
UT/Pickle campus, to facilitate these other imprint related research
projects. |
| The goal of template process project is to develop a complete process to
create custom designed template, starting with the standard 6025 quartz
blanks, using the cleanroom processing equipments available to us at
Pickle and main UT campus. |
