| Yukio Nishmimura
Yukio Nishimura is a Research Fellow in the Department
of Chemistry at the
University of Texas at Austin. Yukio earned his B.S. degree in
1995 and M.S.
degree in 1997, both in Applied Chemistry from Waseda
University, Tokyo,
Japan. Since 1997 Yukio has been employed by JSR Corporation,
Japan. He
enrolled as a Research Fellow at the University of Texas at
Austin in Spring
2004.
Research Interests: Yukio's research interests include
fundamental study
and application for chemically amplified resists.
