| Pavlos Tsiartas
|
| Pavlos Tsiartas is a post-doctoral fellow
with the Willson group and a lecturer in the Department of
Chemical Engineering. He received both his B.S. (1993) and PhD
(1998) degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of
Texas at Austin where he was Prof. Grant Willson’s first
graduate student. Research interests: Pavlos’ research
interests in the past included fundamental studies of
photoresist dissolution and quantification of PAG quantum
efficiency. He is currently working on alternative patterning
techniques.
