| Michael Stewart
Michael D. Stewart received is
bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University in Chemical
Engineering in May 1997. In 2003, he earned is PhD in Chemical
Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. He is
currently employed by Molecular Imprints, Inc. as a staff
researcher and university liaison.
Research Interests: His
research interests include photoresist materials and functional
polymers for imprint lithography.
