Stefan Caporale is a Graduate Student in the
Department of Chemistry at the University of Texas at Austin.
Stephen earned his B.S. degree in chemistry from WPI in 1998. He
was then employed by Shipley company for 2 years till he
enrolled at the University of Texas at Austin as a graduate
student in 2001.
Research Areas:
Currently working on 193 negative tone resists and 193
immersion polymer materials.
