Michael Lin is a Graduate Student in the Department of Chemical
Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. Michael received his
B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin
in 2003. From 2003 to 2004 Michael was employed by ExxonMobil. He enrolled
as a Phd student at the University at Austin in Fall 2004.
Research Interests: Michael's Research Interests include
planarization materials for reserve-tone step and flash imprint
lithography.Awards and Honors:
