Kai Wu is a
Graduate Student in the Department of Chemical Engineering at
the University of Texas at Austin. Kai earned his B.S. degree in
1999 and M.S. degree in 2002, both in Chemical Engineering from
Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He enrolled as a Ph.D.
student at the University of Texas at Austin in Fall 2002.
Research
Interests: Kai's Research interests include surface
modification by self-assembled monolayer (SAM), thin film
deposition by CVD, surfactant application in etch barrier
formulation
