| Brook Chao
Huang-Lin (Brook) Chao is a Graduate Student in the
Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Texas
at Austin. Brook received his M.S. degree in Power Mechanical
Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan in 1998
and his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from National
Chiao Tung University in Taiwan in 1996. After serving at air
force for two years, he was employed by Applied Materials Taiwan
as a customer engineer. He enrolled as a Phd student at the
University at Austin in Fall 2003.
Research Interests: Brook's Research Interests include
flip chip reliability and materials characterization for
electronic packaging and step and flash imprint lithography.
